brief: thoughtfully reimagine a once drab, south-facing brick home into a modern, light-filled, Scandi-inspired cofamily retreat designed to captivate the young family market. Through strategic structural reconfiguration, the home was opened up to embrace now-north facing living area, introducing raked ceilings that create volume and airiness, and an expansive open-plan kitchen and living zone that flows seamlessly to an outdoor entertaining area. A newly designed master suite with its own private balcony offers a peaceful sanctuary, while the attached garage with a drive-through driveway enhances both practicality and lifestyle appeal.
